About Pro ME

Pro ME Team

After each spending significant time in their individual careers; working in vocational counselling, vocational rehabilitation, and career services, Sarah and Olivia sat down and started talking about how to do things differently. How to combine their ideas, passion, and experience working across industries in career services and start a company that hopes to inspire, develop, empower, and grow a person’s capability whilst helping them identify and achieve their career goals.

We are here to help support you in identifying a strategic pathway to build your career and transition you into meaningful and fulfilling employment. Pro ME offers professionally tailored career services to individuals, teams, and businesses who are looking to do something differently in working toward their future employment goals. We work with those who are just starting out and trying to obtain their first professional role, to those who have vast and sometimes varied experience and yet feel stuck needing assistance in moving forward in their career. Pro ME is here to help!

We specialise in assisting recent graduates, parents returning to work after a career break, and people looking to transition to the next level; moving from ‘just a job’ to ‘satisfying career’.

Whether you already know where you want to end up or need some support to figure that out, we can conduct an individualised and detailed assessment; which will help you identify potential career pathways. Once you identify where you want to head, we help you develop your personal brand. This may include creating or updating your personal resume and other application documentations. We then give you the strategies to help promote your strengths, values, and career aspirations to potential employers in meaningful ways. Our career coaching services will help you to develop a better understanding of yourself so that you can then promote and sell yourself successfully in the current market.
