At Pro ME we specialise in the delivery of career coaching and support to Australian Defence Force (ADF) families! You may eligible for the Partner Employment Assistance Program (PEAP), which provides up to $1500.00 of funding towards initiatives that will assist partners looking for new employment after the member is relocated on posting or is medically transitioning. Pro ME can assist eligible partners of ADF personnel to apply for funding in order to access our professional employment services. Applications can take up to 28 days to approve, so the sooner you apply the quicker you can access support. Basic Interviewing Skills Session: $225

Comprehensive Interviewing Skills Session: $350

Mock Interview and Feedback Session: $350
Pro ME can assist you with practicing for a general industry interview or help you in relation to a specific vacancy/role you have identified; we then we review your responses and help you to tailor your answers in a feedback session.
Pro ME uses a combination of structured discussion and motivational interviewing techniques to help you reflect on past experiences and consider your career journey up until this point. We then review your current career anchors and help you to discover and move toward your ideal career, using behavioural activation and goal setting strategies. A typical job seeking support session will focus on the various and most effective methods of identifying online and print vacancies, steps to take when working with recruiters, and tips on how to identify roles in the unadvertised market. Applying for role after role, sometimes without response or success, can become exhausting. It can sometimes take candidates between three to six months to successfully identify and be successful in gaining a new role. Pro ME helps you learn the skills to remain resilient, better understand how to effectively job seek, and help you take control to guide your future job seeking path.
Job Seeking Coaching Session: $225 (up to 90 minutes per session)
Who has heard that ‘it’s who you know, not what you know?’ This can be true in some instances, and learning how to fully understand, build, and use your existing network effectively could be the key to your success. Networking is a very important and useful skill that has the potential to set you on track to achieve your career goals. Pro ME can help you learn skills to build your network and succeed.
Networking Coaching Session: $225
It is pretty common knowledge that people do not like to ask for a pay raise. In fact, Seek reports 75% of Australian workers aged 18-64 have never asked for one during their career! People want their employers to recognise their work and have it remunerated without asking. But often it is the people who know their value and worth and make a request who see the biggest salary gains. Pro ME can help you to reflect on why you deserve a raise, consider the timing of when / who to ask, plan a presentation to prove your value, and come across to your employer as both assertive and professional. Pay Negotiation Coaching Session: $225
Could a short course improve your career prospects? In the current market, sometimes just your previous experience and skills might not be enough to get you over the line and into your dream role. Pro ME can review your previous employment and education completed, and help you to consider the benefits of either short and long term training options to assist with your career advancement.
Retraining Support Session: $350
Are you not sure what you want to do next, or might be capable of achieving in your career? Need help to focus your job search? Pro ME considers your personality type, current career values and anchors, previous education and employment history, as well as your transferable skills, knowledge and abilities, to develop a detailed and individualised assessment outlining three to five employment options to consider and pursue moving forward.
Vocational Assessment: $700
Pro ME is able to provide various services for students; from recent high school graduates looking to University Planning, high school students unsure of what subjects to choose, post-gap year students, to new grads looking for their first professional role. Pro ME holds up-to-date knowledge on the latest job market trends, course prerequisites and career pathway plans.
